Our Philosophy at CrossFit Christchurch is simple.

Our goal is to pass on our experience, passion and knowledge to you – so that you can learn to achieve goals which were previously out of reach.
Fat-loss, toning, all-round fitness, increased sports performance & confidence all come from the way we coach and run CrossFit Christchurch.
Your fellow members support each other, whether it’s eating better or striving to reach the next weight lifted or just being a voice of encouragement when things get challenging.

Our Coaches are experience experts, passionate in ‘helping people help themselves’ to achieve greatness.
We do this by making technique a priority when you need it most, giving you as much time as you need to learn to move like an athlete, before you lift the weights of an athlete.
High standards are enforced so that you can be confident about being safe and effective, which carries over from the gym to everyday living.
We have high expectations whether you are tall, fat, small, big, wide, thin, young, old, male or female – it matters not – to us these are just labels. It may take you longer, or less time than others but ultimately you will achieve pull ups, climb ropes, lift heavy weights & run easily– all whilst looking and feeling like the athlete you are designed to be by Nature.
